With a strong background & experience on finance within TAM, Nitin Kamat has been involved with key client management over years. He brings his financial acumen with strong client relationship to the fore as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of TAM. He brings over 15 years of experience in the Media Research industry. Having joined TAM in 2005, Nitin had moved up the corporate ladder to head Projects in October 2016. He has vast experience in areas of Finance, Administration, Compliance, People Management, Organization Skills and with his expertise in managing special projects for clients & proven Leadership, he heads the client servicing & marketing unit of TAM.
Nitin is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University. He started his career in the pharmaceutical sector working for companies such as Anzalp Pharmaceuticals and Princeps Pharmaceuticals for around 8 years.

He has been Passionate about Driving since an early age. His recent interests include Trekking and running Marathons. Biking on Royal Enfield to Ladakh someday is on his bucket list.

Ravi Ratanjankar as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of TAM, heads the Vigilance, Procurement, Data Processing & Operations unit of TAM. He was an Assistant Commissioner of the Maharashtra Police and a veteran in law enforcement for more than 22 years. He has been lauded for excellence in service with the President's Medal. Ravi has an array of experience replete with stints in the CBI, Mumbai Crime Branch, Police Precincts in Mumbai, Naxalite Operations in affected districts and as a Specialized Investigator of Serious Fraud Cases. He is also an expert security analyst and thoroughly proficient with the legal & judicial process. Prior to joining TAM, he was the Vigilance Officer for HDFC Bank. Ravi has adeptly handled issues of security transgressions for TAM and deftly neutralized attempts at data violation. He believes in keeping an open line for client redressal and believes in complete commitment to addressing client concerns in matters related to data security.

With 12 years of experience providing strategic and operational focus to the finance & audit function, Anshu Agarwal heads the Finance wing as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).He is having very rich experience in the areas of financial management, taxation and auditing. Prior to joining TAM he was associated with Ralliwolf Group, as their Group CFO. He has also worked with Audit companies like Price Water house Coopers (PWC) and MAC & Chartered Accountants and handled various key clients during this tenure.
Sharan joined TAM seventeen years ago in a business development role. He had no inkling then that he would get deeply interested in statistics and survey methodology; a testimony to the freedom that TAM gives its employees. With a desire for research excellence, Sharan founded the Measurement Science Department at TAM and took a sabbatical to complete a Masters in Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan (UofM), Ann Arbor.
Some of the research solutions created by Sharan & his team to solve some unique data & statistical challenges at TAM - e.g. the approach to detect interviewer falsification – have been globally recognized. Sharan is currently completing his Ph.D. in Survey Methodology from the University of Michigan where some part of his research deals with the subject of Interviewer Measurement error.
The journey at TAM has helped him appreciate not only the scientific and business needs of an Organization but also enabled him to view situations holistically. Importantly, thanks to Mr. LV Krishnan and the other amazing people at TAM, he has imbibed a 'peoples-approach' to managing tricky situations.
Sharan's hobbies include:
A big part of his out-of-work passions is in classical studies, especially in Vedic recitation, Sanskrit and Indian classical music. He also enjoys programming in R and LaTeX. He has a passion for photography.

Prasad joined TAM in 2004. He brings in 25 years of experience in Human Resource (HR) management across companies from different sectors. A Post Graduate in Human Resource Management, Prasad has been responsible for setting up the HR Department within TAM, by Drafting & Implementing the various HR Policies & Procedures.
Improvement in Key HR performance indicators like Employee Attrition Rate, Employee Satisfaction, Employee Productivity & Performance; Prasad's initiatives has helped TAM maintain its high standards of Data Quality and Delivery. Automation of the HR systems - HRIMS (Information Management System), have helped the Organization manage both attendance and performance management in a smooth way. Additionally, the Compensation Survey and Benchmarking concepts for Performance-based Incentives, have effectively manage parameters such as Productivity and QC Targets.
