Roles and Responsibilities
  • Preparation of various schedules, ageing, notes, reconciliation, and reports for financial statements
  • Assisting in Statutory, Tax, and TP audits
  • Assisting in tasks related to secretarial and compliance work along with the filing of various ROC returns
  • Verification and posting of journal entries
  • Handling tasks related to banking
  • Coordinating with bankers, JV partners, and external consultants
  • Maintain petty cash expenses and ledger
Skills
  • A proactive, hands-on individual who can own and manage the allotted tasks
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills to interact effectively with both internal and external partners
  • A multi-tasker with excellent time management skills to meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Must be able to contribute individually and take ownership of work
  • Ability to think out of the box
Qualifications
  • BCOM/ CA INTER Preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience
