The Panel Management Team is responsible for consistent, high quality delivery of ratings, week on week.

Measurement Science - Is responsible for the overall quality of TV Viewership data. As a part of this objective it undertakes three roles:
1) Sample Design and Methodology- Uses Normative guidelines on sampling of Panel Homes, which are in line with Nielsen Panels worldwide and use established Sampling Practices.
2) Quality
a. Uses automated software to ensure validity of viewing statements every week.
3) Audit- Intrusion tests for checking security and constant monitoring of measures which indicate Panel Health.
Operations - Is responsible for recruitment and maintenance of Panel Homes. This large team manages the Panel at the grass root level in 73 sample towns across India. The task of managing 20,000 individuals, which comprises the Viewership Panel, is carried out by a team that boasts of veterans with 20+ years of relevant experience. There is trust and a relationship that is built by this team with each Panel Home through periodic counseling, in turn ensuring commitment on the part of the Panel member.
Systems and Data Processing - The myriad of versatile softwares made available by TAM Media Research to the media industry today allows TV viewership insights at a minute-to-minute level. These softwares have been developed by highly professional and experienced IT professionals. This team processes viewership data every week, and converts it into a user-friendly information for use by the industry at large.
The latest milestone has been the already efficient back-end data processing system - TAM 3000. It processes 5 million statements every week and is geared to manage the ever changing complexity associated with TV audience measurement.
