TAM Media Research has created history within the global media research fraternity! For the first time ever, four different research papers prepared by TAM India got nominated for world’s two largest media research platforms in a single year: ESOMAR conference, held in Tokyo in March 2005 and WAM (World Audience Measurement Conference organized jointly by ESOMAR & ARF), held in Montreal, Canada in June 2005. TAM continues to be the only research organization from India to be selected for paper presentation across the last four ESOMAR conferences over two years consecutively! Also, till this day, no other single country media research organization has been able to manage the above feat.

TAM won the Best Paper award at the WAM conference in Montreal for its paper titled - PENTA-GRATION! A new integrated study to measure Sponsorship! Prior to this in March, TAM hoisted the Indian flag at the ESOMAR conference in Tokyo, Japan. Both the papers, presented the WAM and ESOMAR have been published below.

ESOMAR, an Asia Pacific event and WAM, literally the Oscars of global media research, are the final authorities in the field of media research academics. These annual events receive participation from countries across the globe and gross more than 400 papers on different subjects related to Media research.
