L.V.Krishnan -CEO, TAM Media Research
LV, as the industry fondly addresses him, joined TAM as its CEO in October 2000. A decade down, his visionary guidance to the company has ensured that not only is TAM today the official and central media research body for the Indian Media Industry but has also helped the same industry carve a niche for itself in the global map.

Under his guidance and supervision, his team has introduced some of the most innovative and futuristic media data sets and analytical tools that today offer tremendous value to both the Advertiser and Broadcast Industry.

Addition of Radio Advertising Monitoring within industry’s ADEX database, Eikona PR Measurement, Celebrity Track, Radio Audio Measurement (RAM), TAM Sports, News Content Track, were some of his key initiatives that has enabled TAM to become a one-stop Media Monitoring and Research organization for India’s Media Industry.

On the TV Audience Measurement side, LV’s has led the team to create one of the world’s largest TV Peoplemeter Panels. Not only that, LV’s commitment towards the industry ensured TAM starting its first Less than 1lac (Semi rural) TV panel in Maharashtra.

It was his driving force that encouraged his team to present many media research papers and win awards at international conventions like WAM and ESOMAR.


LV's background stretches to almost 12 years when after completing post graduation in Mathematics & Astrophysics, he joined the stream of Indian Media planning community in 1992.

He spent 3 good years in Mediacom (Grey India) working on Bayer and P&G brands. In 1995, he took the offer from JWT to look after media for Unilever personal products. In 1998, he joined Starcom to work on Coke and went on to win the Starcom's most prestigious global media award, "North Star", for strategizing and execution of innovative media planning for Coke.

LV is an authority in the field of media research and is sought after and respected by the entire industry for innovative & insightful business suggestions.

Pradeep Hejmadi - Sr.Vice President, TAM Media Research
 
Pradeep Hejmadi is the Sr. Vice President of TAM Media Research and heads S-Groups and Marketing initiatives of the organization. He brings huge amount of value additions on the industry's table as he has been associated with a wide variety of assignments in the domain of media planning and broadcast management. He has launched numerous pioneering research projects that have not only benefited the organizations he has worked for, but has also given a new dimension of thought for the entire media industry.

At TAM, Pradeep and his team have worked towards implementing many key industry value additions like the introduction of TAM Sports, the Sponsorship ROI Measurement unit, Radio Audience Measurement (RAM) and the recent being News Content Track (NCT).

Pradeep's experience traverses through various media organizations like Turner International, Discovery India, HTA, Times of India and the latest being at MTV where he was the Business Head of Nickelodeon.
