Compared to Jan-Sep ’08, 3 of the Top 10 advertisers i.e. ’Samsung India Electronics Ltd’, ‘Ministry of Health & Family Welfare’ and ‘General Motors India Ltd’ has moved up in their ranking to be in the Top 10 list of advertisers during Jan-Sep ’09
