  • During 2009, TV ad volumes of ‘International’ Airlines grew by 6% and ‘Domestic’ Airlines has seen de growth of 21%, compared to 2008.
  • With 31% share, ‘Emirates Airlines’ led ‘International’ Airlines advertising on TV closely followed by ‘Qatar Airways’ with 30% share during 2009.
  • ‘Kingfisher Airlines Ltd’ has the highest share i.e. 63% of overall advertising share of ‘Domestic’ Airlines on TV followed by ‘Indigo Airlines’ and ‘Jet Airways (I) Pvt Ltd’ with 23% and 10% share respectively during 2009.
